If you have read the books, asked for advice, and joined the social media mommy groups but are still struggling to get your little ones to sleep—I want to help. Each child has different needs. With your parenting style as my guide, I will create a sleep plan you will feel comfortable implementing. Together, we will help your little one achieve healthy, independent sleep habits. Children need sleep to grow and be happy. Parents need their children to sleep so they can survive the day.

One of the most common concerns expressed by potential clients is about crying:


How much will my baby cry? OR

Fears that sleep training means cry it out.

Here’s how I respond:


I don’t do cry it out. You don’t need a sleep consultant for that method.

You hire me to develop a plan that you feel comfortable implementing and to support and guide you through the process


I won’t ask you to ignore your baby’s cries. I will really ask you to tune into the reason they are crying.


I can’t promise zero crying BUT I won’t recommend a plan you are comfortable with.
